This role does not need to have a technical background, but needs to have good communication skills and empathy skills, but needs to understand the reading habits of readers facing the space and the focus of daily work, such as which documents are most frequently read and which are most frequently written.
A good space manager, like a good housekeeping aunt, can keep the home clean and make users happy.
set permissions
In [Space Management] → [Permissions] → [Permissions], tick as needed; all administrators tick, other users tick as needed; it is recommended to add more people to the group, do not add too many personalized permissions, so as to avoid subsequent maintenance difficulty.
Configure the sidebar
Delete unnecessary items, add frequently used links, reduce interference, and facilitate jumping.
Define the navigation page
The built-in space template of the system will give a recommended navigation page layout, as shown in the figure below, and optimize it according to the actual needs of the team.
