    This role does not need to have a technical background, but needs to have good communication skills and empathy skills, but needs to understand the reading habits of readers facing the space and the focus of daily work, such as which documents are most frequently read and which are most frequently written.

A good space manager, like a good housekeeping aunt, can keep the home clean and make users happy.

    In [Space Management] → [Permissions] → [Permissions], tick as needed; all administrators tick, other users tick as needed; it is recommended to add more people to the group, do not add too many personalized permissions, so as to avoid subsequent maintenance difficulty.

Define the navigation page

    The built-in space template of the system will give a recommended navigation page layout, as shown in the figure below, and optimize it according to the actual needs of the team.

3 suggestions are shown at the top:

  • Large search box, as shown below.

  • Space document maintenance rules, which can be written at will, which must be written to the specified directory, and which templates are used.

  • Space administrator contact information, timely feedback when encountering problems

  • Since documents with the same name are not allowed in the same space, it is recommended to use a separator + date to distinguish documents with similar names, such as "Project A - Meeting Minutes - YYYYMMDD"
