Microsoft Product Activation
After installing windows, office, visio and other products, download the activation client to activate.
Outside of school, please log in to the school VPN client and activate it.
When activating, please close or exit the computer security manager such as 360 Security Guard, Master Lu or Huorong security software .

Windows or Office software supported by school activation does not need to be reinstalled, just download the activation tool from the platform to activate the software. OEM versions or other authorized system software do not need to be activated again. Windows 7 Ultimate, Windows and Office home software are not supported to be activated.
Before reinstalling the operating system, you must back up your files to avoid data loss.
During the installation or activation process, the activation may not be successful. If you encounter problems, click " FAQ " at the top of the platform page to enter the corresponding page to view the cause of the problem and the solution.
The Office 365 that comes with the newly purchased brand computer affects the activation of the Office software. It is recommended to uninstall it thoroughly before installation . If the non-Office365 software version is not completely uninstalled, you can download the office uninstall tool in the Office area to uninstall.

Students can log in to the platform to download and use the software according to the guidelines of the "Software Genuine User Manual". If they encounter other technical problems during the process, they can go to the platform website - "FAQ" to find solutions, or contact customer service technical support.
